At IQSounds, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. However due to the nature of digital downloads, all purchases are final and we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.
By completing a purchase you agree that the issue of a refund will be made at the sole discretion of the IQSounds team and that all decisions made by IQSounds are final.
If you have found any issues with a product, or you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 business days and let us know.
If we identify fraudulent behaviour or specific patterns that would abuse our Refund Policy, we will not offer any kind of refunds.
We are not responsible in any way for any incompatibility issue with any of our preset packs. Make sure you have your VST updated to the latest version, and your DAW as well.
